Papas & Tacos Mexican Food was founded in January of 1989 in San Diego, California, by Juan and Maria Diaz with a simple philosophy: to serve great, fresh food with friendly service in a fun atmosphere. Together, the Farfans have over 30 years of experience in the Mexican Food industry.
